I have been a witness to many people succumbing to the paralyzing effects of depression. Some temporary slowing down their lives, some completely ruining their lives, and unfortunately, even some ending their lives.
I have had my own up and down battle with depression. Luckily for me, I have a great support system and extensive knowledge of food and fitness. I (with the help of my wife) started to eliminate foods from my diet that are known for depressing ones mental state, creating a fog. At the same time, I started moving, daily, which is known for clearing mental fog.
I started off small, eliminating 1 thing from my diet at 1 meal at a time and just doing small movements. In a short time I was eating a clean diet and working out 5 days a week, 2 high cardio and 3 weight training.
I decided this information is too good to keep to myself. So I created this course and online series. This course can be done alone, however, I recommend doing it with a loved one or an accountability partner. Someone who will help you stay on track.
